MTN Ghana, the leading telecommunication company in Ghana has introduced a new service to improve its customer care responds experience.
MTN Ghana posted a banner design of this new service on their official Facebook page in the early hours of today. This service: Online Customer Care is to help customers send in their inquiries and complains to MTN Ghana via their Facebook account.
In case you are facing a challenging reaching MTN Ghana via their 111 customer care number; you can simply sign into your Facebook, and send MTN Ghana a message.
This service is already being implemented on twitter and I believe its a good initiate to move it to Facebook; being the largest social media platform in the world currently.
