IHRMP CERTIFICATION COMING TO TEMA

IHRMP will begin running its Professional Certification Programme (PCP) in Tema from August 2015 subject to the number of interested persons registered.

The 4-Level Professional Certification Programme is designed to provide professional training for polytechnic and university graduates who desire to practise HR in organizations.

The minimum entry requirement for the PCP is an HND or a degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary Institution.

Persons with a first or second degree in HR are excluded from Levels 1 and 2.
