I can tell you why you won't succeed in 2015! Ouch, 
that's harsh! Arent you supposed to be a motivational speaker? Oh, I 
still am. But the truth is you don't need motivation right now. You need
 provocation! So, yes, I can tell you why your life will not improve in 
2015. This year I embarked on a one-on-one paid coaching session with 
interested clients. Initially, some of my clients weren't showing up for
 the sessions or weren't doing their assignments. I thought "if I made 
them pay the fee upfront perhaps it would motivate them to work harder 
on their lives and implement the ideas I was teaching them". They did 
pay the fees upfront but they still continued in their old ways. I 
communicated with them severally and they came up with all sorts of 
excuses. Then it reminded me of what was happening in church as well. At
 the start of the year, my pastor Dr. Mensa Otabil taught extensively on
 the importance of developing a 20 year life plan. He returned again and
 again to his congregation and only a handful of people had been able to
 discipline themselves to draw their plans. I observed and took 
instruction, that the greatest obstacle to success in life is the 
inability to DISCIPLINE yourself and TAKE ACTION on your goals or ideas.
 Forget the prophetic declarations! Forget the all-night prayers! Forget
 the start-of-year Springboard you will attend! If you can't muster the 
DISCIPLINE to get things done, your life will not improve in the coming 
year. It doesn't matter the prophecies you receive, because your 
choices are more powerful than any prophecy. For many of you, what you 
need to improve next year is not new ideas. You just need to summon the 
discipline to work on the old ideas, the old dreams, the old goals you 
have abandoned. So get UP and start WORKING on your dreams!
